How Do I Place An Order?

After selecting a medication - click "add", review Your Shopping Basket and click "Process Order" - you will be taken to our secure server where you will answer an online questionnaire to provide information relevant to your medical condition. After submitting the questionnaire, create your account, enter billing/shipping information, and click "Process Order" button. At this point, if everything is correct click "Purchase" to submit your order for processing.


What Happens Once I Submit My Order?

A US licensed physician will review the information you have submitted and either approve or decline your request.

If approved, the physician will write the prescription and send it to the pharmacy where it will be filled and shipped to you via FedEx or UPS.

After placing your order you will be able to track it's progress in real-time by logging into Order Tracking. When your order ships, the tracking number will be e-mailed to you so you may track its progress through the FedEx or UPS system.

Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure Encryption Technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security and precautions. Our system also has safeguards in place to protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported.

How Does An Online Consultation Work?

Online consultations are a new concept in health care that utilize the Internet to improve patient access to physician care. The patient does not receive a traditional physical exam by the physician, but rather completes an online questionnaire and communicates with the physician using our secure online communication tool. Although online consultations will never take the place of traditional medicine, they do provide a means for patients to receive treatment for a limited number of conditions that, in certain circumstances, may not require a physical exam.

Is This Legal?

In developing this new Internet medium for the delivery of health care services, our organization is committed to meeting and exceeding current regulations. We only utilize board-certified physicians that are licensed to practice in the US. Our pharmacies are licensed to ship medication to all 50 states and employ licensed US pharmacists to provide you with the highest standards of pharmaceutical care. All medication is obtained from legitimate pharmaceutical wholesalers, so you rest assured you are receiving the same medication as you would at your neighborhood pharmacy.

What Prescription Medications Do You Dispense?

We only offer medications that can be prescribed from online consultations, therefore we carry a very limited number of medications. No legitimate online medical company will ever offer narcotics or addictive medications via the Internet. The medications offered on our website do not require a physical examination. What Are Your Shipping Policies?

Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it will be filled and shipped within one business day. We will notify you if there is a problem with your order and you will receive a confirmation email when the pharmacy ships your medication. We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes at this time. We must have an adult signature at time of delivery.

Do You Ship Orders Everyday?

We do not process prescription orders on the weekend. If you place an order after 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on Friday, the order will be sent to the pharmacy and shipped on Monday.

Can I Return My Medications For A Refund?

US Federal Law prohibits return of medications.

We at 1-Pharmacy.com are unable to accept any returned prescription medications due to US Federal Law.

If you went to your local physician or pharmacy, and you were not satisfied with the results of your medication; neither, the physician nor the pharmacy would refund your money. They have already rendered their services and dispensed the medication. Similarly, our physicians and pharmacists are unable to give refunds.
